The Mental Power of Awareness
When is the last time you participated in a competitive event and after the event were told by your coach or supporters that there were missed opportunities? How clearly an athlete or team identifies and executes opportunities starts with the mental skill of awareness. To develop competitive awareness means to see and recognize things that you can do that will help improve performance during game time. The foundation of mental awareness begins prior to the actual event in practice. This training will take you through a step-by step process to develop the mindset skill of competitive awareness.
